Alan's Disco has been up and running for many years with a very good customer focused back ground.

My name is Alan Smith I'am The proprietor of Alan's Disco or better known as the "kilted Dj" my trade mark kilt appears with me at all my functions and yes Iam a true scotsman, many females ask this question.

I started doing "gigs" as a DJ way back in the 70's when I started a disco called the "polo mint city disco" based in East-Kilbride, however I have progressed from the old vinyl records and now with a state of the art music system with nearly 2 million songs in my library and over 500,000 karaoke songs I can and do cover most types of functions, There is no limit to distance that I will appear having covered a vast area from the south of the country to very north.

Alan's Disco is a family run business with my mrs (Linda) doing most of the hard work she takes in most of the bookings cleans my clothes and helps set up my lighting system she is the lighting engineer (makes her feel important)you only see my mrs at the start of any function and the end she is my "roadie". I really could not do it without my mrs she is a rock
